I study yoga at home without a teacher. After 2 weeks practicing it, I can't straighten my right leg.
It just feels that it would rip. It's soo tight and around my thighs there's some red line. What could it possibly be? Help me I'm in pain!!

You should stop do yoga for awhile and go get your leg checked out.You might have a tissue tear in your leg or knee.You might need to get a MRI then surgery to fix it.That's what happen to me.Good luck at the doctor if you go.Hope your leg get's better.

Sounds like you pulled or fractured a muscle, try getting in a long hot bath, and then relax and don't do yoga for a while until your sure it has healed.

If it feels tight you might have torn a muscel or fractured it. Compare it to the other leg and if it is swolen you NEED TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL. Hospitals freak me out. Hope it gets better.

You have probably pulled a muscle. use gentle heat to relax the muscle and try straightening it. If it will not straighten after heat, see a doctor;
