My BF keeps teasing me telling me it is Minnesota, (where I'm from). I would think it would be west virginia or alabama. Can someone help us settle this?

There is no real way of telling which state it is, because so many of the cases go unreported. It is not something to joke about either.

Why the hell would you think it's Alabama? Alabama is an extremely diverse state with a high percentage of minorities. The headquarters of NASA resides in Alabama, and Alabama is the state that built the rocket that sent America to the moon. It's also the state with the highest number of graduated engineers in the country. Take your misinformed bias somewhere else
