Ok everyone, I've got a history test tomorrow, and there's one question I have to write an essay on. Here's the question: What are 2 ways the U.S. changed as a result of World War 2?
Thanks so much for any help, but please don't answer after tonight. (12-18)

Before the war US citizens believed that their country could stay uninvolved from the problems of the rest of the world. The Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor taught them different.
At the end of the war the US had the strongest economy on the planet, and all other countries - with their economies ruined - had to go along with, or pretend to go along with,, American ideas.
By the end of the war English had become an almost universal language. This gave America a great competitive advantage.
That should do for starters.
