If your computer has Windows XP, you can find what you’re looking for this way:

Right-click on the “Start” button
Click “Explore”
This will open ‘Windows Explorer’ which should consist of a ‘Folders’ panel on the left and a list of the contents in the selected folder on the right side panel.
You will probably be in the ‘Start Menu’ folder when you open Explorer.

In the left-side ‘Folders’ panel, look for the folder called ‘Documents and Settings’. There will be a separate folder (underneath the ‘Documents and Settings’ folder) for each user name that is set-up on the computer. Look for the folder of the user name that your son uses. It might be a separate user name that you gave him, or it might be a user name that you use for everybody, or it might be ‘Administrator’.

Click on that folder and all of the folders that belong to that folder will appear.

Here are the things you want to check:

Click on the folder called ‘Cookies’. The cookies folder is often overlooked by people who are trying to hide something. Many of the web-sites people go to leave a cookie on their system. The cookie will identify the user name and the web site.

Next, click on the called ‘Local Settings’. Here, you will probably find a folder called ‘Temporary Internet Files’ and another folder called ‘History’.

The ‘Temporary Internet Files’ folder contains graphics and other items that are automatically saved here when you visit a web site. If you change the ‘view’ of your ‘Explorer’ to “Thumbnails’, most of the items that are pictures will show in the right-side panel as pictures. If you find something here that you want to open or save, you will need to drag it to your desktop first. If you double-click an item in the ‘Temporary Internet Files’ folder, your computer will probably warn you not to do that. Once you move it to another folder, however, you should be able to open it without problem.

The ‘History’ folder contains the web addresses of the Internet sites that have been visited.

The thing to do is :

From the Internet Explorer:

#1 - Select Tools menu
#2 - From Tools menu select Internet Options
#3 - Look that the little box that says
Temporary Internet Files
It will have 3 buttons
Delete Cookies, Delete Files, Settings
Click the Settings Button
on the Settings Page click on View Files
You will see alot of files including some JPG image files that have been stored on your computer based on where your kids have been browsing on the web.

Also if they are not too bright, just hit the drop down arrow on the Adress bar alot of previously visited sites will show in the browser history.

good luck with that and last resort, if you have a High Speed Router you can view the Routers Log File which shows every site that was visited from your internet connection.

good luck and let me know if you need more help.

Check the cache folder for the browser, maybe, and the browser history.

You should install a keystroke logger or some sort of parental control that logs everything he does with the computer.

Watch out for what your kids do online... they can get you in a lot of trouble if they're trading MP3s.

Well, you could go on his computer and go on internet and go to the top of the internet page and click on the little clock with an arrow swirling around the clock to the left. That shows the history on the web pages he's been on.If thats what you need to see.

if your trying to catch him lookin at boobs, give it a rest. who cares. its not like you didn't do it, you should be thankful for it actually.

if theres something worse, then yes there is a way, other than checking history, you can run a search on cookies, caches, and temporary folders.

these will usually have thumbnails and pics that you can use to track internet activity

Since you are only 13, I think you're a little young to have a son, sonny! My guess is that YOU'VE been up to no good and you don't want your dad to find out.

Well, that's OK ... I just called him!
