I mean SEC fan loves to tell us all how great the SEC is. If this is the case then Florida should win the championship because they won the SEC and the SEC is by far the best conference according to them. SEC fan isn't this the show me game. Still I don't see how Florida can do it. What am I missing I see more talent at OSU and don't see how Florida can even keep it close. All I want to know is what will SEC fan say if Florida is thrashed?

Well if the SEC plays tough games all year that should be a benefit to them. They should then theoretically be accustomed to battles. Ohio State only playing two tough teams would not be as battle tested.
SEC fans this is the opportunity if you play in the best conference and you are the best in the conference naturally you should be the best in the country. Everyone knows AFC is the best conference in NFL and I bet they win Superbowl.

To start, people who can't spell shouldn't reply to questions on here because you're pissing me off.

SEC is a good conference, very tough. But, to say that they are the best is def a lie. No conference is better than any other, all conferences have top teams. Yes the SEC does have more ranked teams than other conferences, but how can you say they are the best if they don't have the highest ranked team. They don't house the number 1 team and they won't. Florida has a good team but not as good as Michigan even. I have no doubt in my mind that Ohio State will stay number 1. Florida got lucky with USC losing to UCLA. They really don't deserve number 2. They aren't THAT good. Sorry Gators, but GO BUCKSSSS!

When Florida loses, fans will cry like babies and I can't wait!!!!!!!!!!

By far the SEC is the best conference. Year in and year out the SEC has 4-5 teams ranked in the top 25, the big ten happens to get maybe 4 on a good year. Now when FSU won they were the best team in the nation and there conference was horrible. So for all of the Ohio State fans out there remeber just because you have played 2 tough games this year just remeber that the SEC is a tough conference, speed, strength, size, and athletisim. Florida wins by 5.

The SEC is the toughest because they field more competitive teams year in and year out than any other conference. The Big Ten has OSU and Michigan and used to have Penn State (remember I said year in, year out and Wisconsin is a fluke). The Pac 10 has USC and maybe Cal some years. The Big 12 has Texas, Oklahoma, and Nebraska (probably the closest to being as consistently tough).

The Gators WILL win the championship b/c ESPN has placed OSU and t. Smith on a pedestal. They will trip over their egos into the waiting jaws of the Gators.

SEC is the best confrence. The SEC had a National Champion in 2003 (LSU did in fact win the National Championship that year. Don't believe me? Look it up.), and the only reason they haven't had one since is because the team got screwed (Auburn in 2004)or they knocked each other out. This is also proven by the fact that any given year one of the bottom teams in the SEC can come up and challenge for the title (Arkansas this year).

I hate the fact that people are kissing Ohio State's *** when they are not deserving of it. Did they earn their number 1 ranking? Of course, they went undefeated, but look at the confrence they were in. The Big Ten is down this year. Only one other good team in that confrence, and they struggled to 2-10 Illinois. Michigan isn't that good either. They struggled to Ball St. Ohio St. best game OOC was Texas, and that wasn't even close.

The National Championship game will be closer then you think, and the end may surprise you. Mark my words.

Do you happen to know how many times Ohio State has played against an SEC team in a bowl game? Do you know how many of those games they won? Seven games and seven losses is the answer. It will be eight and eight in January. It sounds like another Ohio State fan is feeling insecure about their teams' ability to win so they are here seeking a support group to pick up their spirits. No sympathy here and none on 1-8-07 from the S.E.C. .You'll be crying in your beer the next few weeks along with all of the rest of your support group saying that Florida payed off the officials and such and trying to figure some way they can justify another loss to the SEC. Dang, I almost found myself feeling sorry for you too.

I heard this yet I surpassed over it as utter buffoonery. Florida in all probability heavily isn't interior the 2010 SEC Championship activity. lots of the protection is projected to be long gone and that they'll maximum like have a 1st twelve months starter at QB throughout the time of the 2010 season. that's no longer SEC East Championship textile. I additionally heard that LSU has a attractiveness for producing gutless cowards on protection. I common this as certainty using occasion set by utilising the piece of human rubbish it relatively is Ricky Jean Francios (I have not have been given any reason to properly known the right spelling of this goofball's call). He ran his mouth and then refused to show up for the sport to back up his communicate. he's a gutless coward and his very life on the planet brings disgrace to LSU.

I kinda so agree the sec is the toughest confrence to play in because they have like 7 or 8 teams that are ranked, but they do not have the best teamsin their division example, OSU and michigan are the top two teams n all of college thats just the big ten so if u wann get into it they are the best division, I wanna see Florida play USC, or a tounament kind of thing between OSU michigan, USC, Florida that would be funn to see, to the guy up top ohio state isnt even one of the best teams ever this year lasts years USC and Texas would beat them down, 01 miami wud to OSU's team this year is th etop class of this year thats all not of alltime

After OSU beats the hell out of Florida, maybe, just maybe that will shut them up about how "good" the SEC is, (NOT) The Pac 10 from top to bottom, the Big 10 would slaughter the SEC any time, anywhere, all day every day.

Ohio State will win but it wont be a blow out. Coach Tessel will not run the score up in fact if OSU gets up by a couple TD's he will go into prevent and run the clock out on offense. The SEC has speed but so did Miami in 02 and OSU beat them.
