can you delete someone from ur friends without blocking them?

log into your myspace so it's at your home page
scroll down to where it shows your top friends
on the upper right of that list it'll say 'edit friends'
find that person on your list and check the box next to their name
scroll down and hit the button that says 'delete selected'
after that they won't be on your list anymore but they won't be blocked unless you block them.
