Kind of depends on how long the two of you have been together.
Honestly, if you haven't been together for more than a couple of
months, you probably don't want to get anything to extravagant.
However, if you have been together, maybe you could make him
something? Then there's always gift cards and such.

Give him a ski trip, for two. This way you will get to go along and have a good time too. If you give him a computer game, he will like that but you will be ignored while he is busy trying to be the king of the mountain or whatever.
