I would use the process of elimination, you know what she may not like. When you get down to those she might, then choose from those you can afford. Maybe two less expensive instead of one. Since you know your mum better than I, chances are you will have better success coming up with ideas than we could

Make her something yourself. Maybe a nice card that says all the things you like and appreciate about her? Maybe add some chocolate chip cookies or something. Mum's always like a bit of effort and thought more than money.

Buy her a book --perhaps an autobiography of someone she admired or finds funny, or about a hobby, a fantasy destination, if you can't choose, a gift card to a bookstore

What about a nice moisturiser? or an aromatherapy massage/ beauty treatment of some kind. Other than that, you could get her some lovely stationary and/ or a nice pen.

I think that a gift card to a nail salon would be nice. I hope that this helps. Merry Christmas!!!

Give her an invitation to lunch for the two of you.
That wouldn't cost too much and she would love the time you spend together.
