Red raspberry leaf tea! You can get it at your local health food store. It supports all your female systems and will help balance you body. So it will actually help you to become pregnant. Also if you can find it where you live try a tea called Female toner. I drink it all the time. I think it tastes pretty good too. These are perfectly safe to use just like adding a new drink to your diet. Good luck!

if you are going off the pill to get pregnant, I don't think now is the best time to start trying herbal meds, but good luck getting pregnant and remember while you are pregnant and breast feeding you do not have a period. after you are done with that, you can start on the pill again if your periods come back heavy.
