First of all I would dump Norten's...at one time they had a very good product,but no longer. Norten's is a big cpu hog and let's too many viruses and worms get into your computer..I know that for I am a former Norten's user, and after having my hard drive crash because norten's failed to catch the virus.
I now use avg free 7.5 and no longer have that problem...plus I receive regular updates...plus avg is not a cpu hog.

Not to mention that norten's support is the worst, you will never find your answer in their online support and will pay a fortune if you call them long distance!

Make sure your subscription is still live. When it expires, it will stop updating.
If you have an older version, make sure you have the latest version of Live Update. Older versions had issues. Especially on servers.
Don't put that Grisoft freebie on a server. It's not up to the load.
