I am pretty good at figuring things out. However I can not figure the connection out. I need someone to walk me through it in detail. I have hooked up the pink one but there is no where to put the black plug in only a light blue one. There is a black one on the front where I hook my ear phones. Do i split the cord and plug it there? Please help me.

Okay you have everything right but the black one plug it in the Green input of your computer there! there might be a speaker connected to the light green just un plug it and plug the black one there!

its really simple, depending on the kind of headset you have, its color coded. i believe pink is for the mic, just plug the pink end of the microphone cord into the pink slot on the back or the front of your machine. then wala, done

eithe through a headphone jack (the pink one) in back or front or usb port
