Ok...there are a couple of things this could be:
1) IF you are sexually active, it sounds like an STD, probably Gonorrhea or Chlamydia. No big deal, go to the Dr and he'll give you antibiotics for it.
2) If you are not sexually active, and are not cleaning your penis, this looks like an infection. Clean it out w/ soap daily!!!
GO to DR if it does not clear up b/c you are at risk for Penile carcinoma (this is not a pretty picture)

Sweety, ......... Make sure you wash and dry your penis under your foreskin because back in the 1500's men died from gang-green under there. Its very important to take good care of it.
Now... regarding the green puss coming out of your penis....It sounds like you have an infection. You need to go to the DOCTOR ASAP!! Hurry honey, and believe me everything will be ok!

ok since you are talking about foreskin, you are not circumsized. if you are not circumsized you needto clean your penis thoroughly everyday! it is not normal, you definitely want to go to a doctor with that, but you probably wouldn't have it if you cleaned yourself well!
