Snape. He'll die protecting Harry, because even though he's a jerk, he's not evil (there was more to the Dumbledore incident than we know), and Harry will finally realise this (but too late).
Possibly Percy. I think he'll get in over his head at the ministry and realise it too late, which will lead to his death.
As long as Hermione and Remus survive, that's fine.
