I had a chipmunks christmas album when I was about 12. I miss it. In retrospect, I probably wouldn't listen to it any more.

Yes, many times over.
Once I had to floss a bit of Alvin out from between my molars, but otherwise I had no undue side effects. No gas, no cramping, no bloating or belching.
