Has this ever happened to you before, when you are getting a massage, and your mind just wanders, and you're not thinking about what's going on really, and you get aroused, but it's only because you're so relaxed?

It's very embarrassing, and I'm sure people will say no big deal, it happens all the time, but does it really? I feel really bad about it.

As a therapist, I can honestly tell you - sometimes a man gets an erection the same way a dog wags it's tail - it just means he's happy.

If you ignore it and don't make it a big deal a good therapist will ignore it also.

Yes, it's happened to me. I'm guessing that your massage therapist doesn't mind, and realizes it's a natural reaction. You could always ask if it's okay with him/her and bring it out into the open to relieve your embarassment. Though it's not something to be embarassed about in my opinion.

I hear it happens all the time. A biological reaction to certain stimuli. It has been a problem in the business that has resulted in the business being frowned upon. That reaction unfortunately goes away when you get older. LOL

The question is, how did the therapist feel about it?

It is a natural reaction. Do not feel bad.
