I have had the same thing. Mine was due to Low Iron. Meaning your not having enough oxygen flow in your blood which in turn makes you light headed. But also your other symptom of headache that won't go away usually is a sign of high blood pressure. I would suggest you go to the emergency room. Are you having any swelling because this could be a sign of early pre clamsia.
Anyways these symptom are things your doctor looks for on your visits, Because they can be serious. Be safe and go to emergency room. I hope everything goes ok. I went to the emerency room when i felt like that the first time when i was 26 weeks and I had really low iron. and some other difficincies and I was also dehydrated (you obviously don't have that problem you seem like you doing good with drinking. I just can't look past your question because it could be serious. And get on your doctors butt he needs to answer your calls. your important let him know that. lol Well good luck I hope it all goes well.

I get the same symptoms also... dizziness the docs say just happens sometimes when you stand up to fast... i don't know about sitting though.... but the headaches... did you use to drink alot of caffeine and stopped? my doc suggested half a can of soda or something caffeineted so I won't get such horrible headaches. hope this might help...gl

you could be lacking iron, try adding an iron supplement once you have spoken to your doctor. also your transition between sitting and standing could be to fast and abrupt. when you get up to walk don't just pop up, or when you go to sit or lay down don't just fall. make it a smooth transition. i used to get dizzy and have headaches, but they always went away with a nap. try that.

It might be your blood pressure. I had high blood pressure while I was pregnant, and felt the same as you. It went away when I laid on my left side and took a nap. Just rest as much as possible! Congrats!

I had a low iron count and I think that might be what you need. Call your doctor and make sure they know whats happening.

You're probably lacking iron... you'll need a blood test to determine that... and then just take iron supplements.
