yah i double click the shortcut on the desktop, and it says that. it does this way to many times to not worry about it.

have any questions about my computer i will answer in extra details.

no, i clear cookies every day. and history was yesterday.

let mozilla support know about your problem they would like to know, and will help you out... could be you have to much history and cookies on your system... clear them out, click on tools click on clear private data click on preferences and go through each tag one at a time and use the help...

You probably have a corrupt profile. Try starting Firefox in "safe" mode from the Start menu and see if it gives you that error. If it does, you may have a more serious problem with your OS but try removing Firefox via Add/Remove programs and reinstalling from getfirefox.com.

If "safe mode" works, try creating a new profile using "firefox.exe -profilemanager" and then copy your bookmarks file from your old profile to your new one and reinstall any extensions you use. Be careful with the extensions since it's likely one of those that has caused the problem with your profile.
