Go to the Yahoo search engine and type in simply: "typing lessons"....I did that and got loads. It's good practice.
Also, try your local council. There may be some courses being offered for free at the library or learning centre.

haha well im not sure about any program you could search it in yahoo or google but when i was a kid i used to type nursery rhythms any eventually i got faster.
