I've gotta go with either Nightrain or Bad Obsession. Nightrain's my favorite track on Appetite for Destruction and it totally kicks @ss, but there's something about the bluesy Bad Obsession that really pumps me up, plus the lyrics are great, especially the verse. And the honky tonk piano adds a great touch.

You Could Be Mine. Great drumming, riffs, lyrics, solo. Welcome to the Jungle, Sweet Child of Mine, etc., they're all good songs, but too commercialized and overplayed. Nothing against them, of course, but still. WttJ is almost a cliche at sports events now. Go Motley Crue!
PS-if you haven't seen Crue live, don't. Save the money.
