3 sim days................ but that kid can really kill you, you have to go to work, and the brat starts crying and it comes a person and it says SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!

The Sims Deluxe should be the sims 1, so unfortunately the sim children do not grow into adults. Unless you have Makin magic installed you can them cast a spell, which at the moment i cant remeber which and they will grow into adults.

In Sims1 children don't grow to be adults, but babies grow to be children in about 3 sims days.
