I got into a car accident that was pretty servere. I have neckstrain, lower back and right hip pain. I still want to continue getting some form of exercise in ... is there anything I can do?

Due to the fact that I have been to four different series of physical therapy due to a sever lower back injury, I would really suggest talking to a Doctor or therapist before you do anything. Usually, I'm the last person to tell someone to go to the Doctors and if you follow my Answers on this site, you would find that when everyone Say's go! I usually give another choose but in this case, I would for one on many reasons...you could really do more damage to you preexisting injuries. Good luck.

Nothing to strain those areas of course, it is important to keep on stretching... your hamstrings and such... Some exercises you should focus on involve strengthening your "core" - your abdominal, lower back, and gluteus...- by having a stronger core you will have less stress upon the lower back region...
Here are some suggestions: Dynamic lumbar stabilization, McKenzie extension exercises, walking, or water therapy...
I would consult your doctor above all...

Have you been to the doctor? YOU BETTER if you know what's good for you!!!!!!!!!! Then you could get physical therapy and get the proper exercises!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If it was me , I would exercise my elbow.
