Most likely the answer is no. However, there are billions of people on Earth and by mere chance, there may be someone genetically closer to you than someone in your immediate family. I would not bet on finding that person though.

Can't get closer to family since that is where your genes come from. As far as someone being as close as family.... it is possible, but not probable.

Possible? Considering that mutations in the DNA sequence are random, yes it is POSSIBLE, but statistically it isn't likely, the chance of it is so small that there aren't enough people on Earth for it to be one of them. Sorry, most likely your family is as close as they come! :)

Assuming that by "closer" you mean identical by descent.. then absolutely not. By definition (biological definition) your family consists of individuals with whom you share genes. As the degree of relatedness increases, so does the amount of genes you share.
