one night i was at the gas station, a cop in his own truck i said hello to him... a week later i was walking to my apt a little tipsy w/ a full cup of e & j,totally conscious, same cop pulls up and tells me im gonna get arrested tone of voice kinda aggressive, i say no i havent done anything wrong, and new cop pulls up, and i explain to him what was happening, and i back up onto the grass, the bad cop tells me to stop backing up, i said no i live here, the nice cop said go ahead and go, and the bad cop said pour out the brandy, and i said no it was expensive, and the nice one said you can keep it, just put it in the freezer... so i went home, then one night in my apts my friends were laughing loudly, the same bad cop comes to my door and my bf goes outside to tell him we'll be quiet, and i hear loud noises, i see the bad cop throw him to the ground and punch him in the head, he then pulls me out and we both go to jail, then i get home 3 days later and theres a ticket? what do i do?!?!

The fact that you were tipsy in public could have earned you a public intoxication charge. Your friends were too loud, probably bothered a few neighbords. There is more to this story than you are saying.

I would say have better habits and hang around with better people. Walking down the street with a full cup of brandy already drunk is just not very sensical. But I would definitely turn in a report on the bad cop.

No you were drunk and you and your friends were to loud two separate offenses. I can't believe the cops were called just for loud laughing. I think there is more to the story than you are telling.

You get off of Yahoo Answers and get a lawyer. Now. You might be stuck with it, and I'm sure there's more to this story. But, if the cop is abusing his authority, then you can do something about it. Get a lawyer.

Report the bastard for attacking your BF for no reason. If there was a reason though, I'd say just pay the ticket and get on with your life.
