He'll stand about much of a chance as I would. He also has the spectre of the so-called "Contract With America" hanging over his head. If he's the best the Republicans have to offer, they don't even need to have an election. He should stick to writing novels.

1. No
2. Not relevant See VP Cheney.
3. He is the only Republican alive who lead the Republicans to a sweeping victory. Conservatives and the base are itching at real Republicans to show up again. We win when we run on traditional Republican values. Liberals never win national elections when they run as liberals. Democrats win when they run as conservative Democrats or moderates.

There is a lesson here, most in Congress do not get it.

Clinton WAS impeached for taking an oath to God & man, and then lying. Lying to God is called Perjury.
Hillarys sexuality never became much of an issue in Clinton's campaign.
I think the people will accept Hillary, no matter what her sex is.

Newt annonced yesterday that he will not run in 2008, because it will take time away from his goal of making God more prominent in public life.

The man is insane.

1 it makes him unelectable.
2 hinder
3 only in his campaign.
4 he will be considered damaged goods.

Personally I think he would be a good president, but I am not a republican, real republicans will never let it happen.
