I can see the problem immediately. Blaziken is not a good choice to use against ghost pokémon and it's current movepool is very bad. As soon as it runs out of Blaze kicks, which it will do due to Dusclops' pressure ability, it will be completely defenceless.

You need a tightly knit team of pokémon of about level 58 to make it through the elite four. Your team should include a fighting type, a dark type, a fire type and and ice type as base. It wouldn't harm to have a water type and a ghost type either.

For Blaziken's moveset, it should only have one move of each type. Visit the move deleter and delete Rock smash and replace double kick with a move like Brick Break. It would also be worth replacing blaze kick with flamethrower, since it A) more accurate, B) more powerful and C) has more PP than Blaze kick. The fourth move should be a rock type attack. If you still have the TM, rock tomb will do, though I'd use rock slide myself. You can trade Blaziken over to Fire Red/Leaf Green or Emerald and use the tutor's on that version to teach it rock slide. Also replace double kick with a stronger fighting attack. Brick break is a viable option, as is the later learned sky uppercut.

What you need to defeat Phoebe is a Dark type pokémon. There's a good selection availible. Take note of what Sydney has to get some ideas of what to use against her. Alternatively, you could use a ghost pokémon yourself, but you'll be weak to her attacks as well as her being weak to yours. Look out for her Sableye. Its type combination means it has NO WEAKNESS. Just hit it with your strongest attacks, avoiding fighting, normal and psychic.

For the rest of the elite four, Blaziken will do fairly well. It's type combination gives it an advantage over the next member of the elite four. Glacia uses ice type pokémon, who are weak to both fire and fighting. Look out for her Water/Ice hybrids though.

You'll need a strong Ice pokémon for the fourth member of the elite four. Drake uses dragon pokémon. Nearly all of them have a 4x weakness to ice so an ice beam should take them down extremely quickly.

As for the champion, he generally uses steel type pokémon. But his first pokémon will be Skarmory, but he also has Aggron and Metagross. All of them are weak to Fighting and Fire, types which Blaziken covers well. He also has a Claydol, which is Ground/Psychic. That dark-type will be of use again here. Watch out for his Cradily. That will take a huge beating, but you can hit it with fire attacks again. He also has an Armaldo. Use water attacks against that thing.

You should've trained your pokemon more.. Or you should have traded with a friend once you got ruby and get all 3 starters like I did. Anyway get better pokemon, no offense but that is weak. I have lots of lv100s. Sorry about that. Train dark types to about lv 53 or higher. Make sure that you have at least 3 dark types. Blaziken isn't that bad but it should be stronger so then it has sky uppercut and for the rest of the elite four members it basically has an advantange. Have ice pokemon for drake or have a pokemon that knows ice moves. Use a flying type on Steven's cradily, and if your dark types haven't fainted use that on claydol. When your blaziken is stronger it should be able to defeat the other pokemon.

Train your Blaziken to Level 59 so it can learn Sky Uppercut, and start training more Pokemon. I had only one strong Pkm when I battled the Elite 4, and I had to train him to level 89 before I could completely beat the Elite Four and the Champion. Also, I found it to be a lot easier when you have 6 pokemon in your team, and at least 3 of them level 40+. Blaziken's also good for the Champion.

Ruby has you fighting Team Magma, while Sapphire has you fighting Aqua. Legendaries are different. Some Pokemon only appear in one game, and not another. Emerald is a mishmash of the two, with both legendaries appearing, as well as both Team Magma and Aqua. Both exclusive wild pokemon are also included.
