Yes it does... It's like when people tell you about a movie and really talk it up, then you go see and you are really disappointed cos it isn't how you imagined... Hence, you see the rating go up and you think cool... someone is going to reply... but no!!! GRRRR

yes i think the do it sometime sso it has a bad comment to it of just for the one point and it pisses me of when they just go bfdgfd for an answer to but thre is a way you can stop that now
