yes it is true but rare
Superfecundation
Superfecundation occurs when fraternal twins have different fathers. These twins are the most disparate genetically, since they are, in essence, "half-siblings" to one another. In this type of twinning, a woman releases two eggs, each of which are fertilized by a different man's sperm. In the early 1900's, such a case occurred when an African-American woman gave birth to twins--one African-American, one mixed-race. She affirmed that she had two lovers--one African-American, the other white.
Superfetation
Superfetation is a rare occurrence, because it involves the release of an egg after another egg has already been fertilized. The release of the second egg can occur up until the third week of gestation of the first fetus.
In most women, the ovulation process shuts down upon the fertilization of an egg. Some women continue to ovulate again later in the cycle; in another rare instance, a woman may have two uteri, and become pregnant in each. In these cases, twins are always fraternal, and one twin is significantly smaller than the other, and if possible, is delivered later.

Yep its called Superfecundation
Superfecundation is the fertilisation of two or more ova from the same cycle by sperm from separate acts of sexual intercourse. The term is also sometimes used to refer to the instances of two different males fathering fraternal twins, though this is more accurately known as heteropaternal superfecundation. This therefore leads to the possibility of twins also being half-siblings. Superfecundation most commonly happens within hours or days of the first instance of fertilisation with ova released during the same cycle. Ovulation is usually suspended during pregnancy to prevent further ova becoming fertilised and to help increase the chances of a full term pregnancy. However, if an ovum is released after the female was already impregnated when previously ovulating, there is a chance of a second pregnancy -- albeit at a different stage of development. This is known as superfetation.
My daughter is in a girls etiqutte class. Her friends are twins (well twins because they were born a day apart from the same mother) and they look completely different. I asked my mom who knows the family about it and she said that they different bio fathers.

While I'm not a dr. and I suppose anything(miracles) can happen, I seriously doubt it. While you are pregnant certain hormones are released that keep you from having your period and ovulating. If you are not ovulating then you can't get pregnant. The egg has to have that hormone to be released into the fallopian tube where it is fertilized and that hormone is not released because your body already started sending out HcG.

Weird things happen. Some people have a double uterus, and can have two pregnancies. It is highly unusual. One of the things that I like about being pregnant is that you don't have to worry about getting pregnant.

You would have to have more than one uterus for that to be possible and the chance of that is slim to none. Yes it has happened, but it is rare.
