Our fertility specialist recommended that my husband take Centrum Performance Vitamins. He also quit smoking. It has worked! (Along with me taking fertility drugs). You should have a sperm test done to see if you have a good sperm count.

Loosen up! Wear Loose fitting boxer shorts, avoid hot tubs.
