Most Disney performers are from Florida, Cali., or NYC

Read the requirements carefully and check that site often because the leave new roles up for a short time.

This is coming from a professional actor who happens to live walking distance from Disney. If you're not submitted by a SAG franchised agent for a specific role they are casting they will not see you. There are a lot of myths about how things work in show business. There are a lot of places claiming they are talent agencies. They are all scams if they charge a fee.
If you're really interested in making a go of it you can get some books on the subject. This is not the place to learn. You can be an actor but like in anything else if you want to be sucessful you have to do it right.

Try the acting academy and call them to find connections to California. Think about it first because you'll have to leave your family and friends be hide. I love acting too and I had some luck but I'm waiting till I leave high school. Follow your heart believe me. Best of luck in the future for you.

Best advice, get yourself an agent. There are plenty listed on the web. Look for one close to where you live. Many offer FREE auditions, but then comes the HOOK...they will want you to either...Take classes from them(for a fee)...Pay them something up-front...Pay them for head shots(your own won't do) and so on and so on.
If you are good an agent will take you and charge you a % when you work.
p.s. If they ask you to take off your clothes right off the bat...LEAVE, they're just sleaze.
