i've been having 'panic attacks' whenever i try to fly. only now I dont think they are panic attacks anymore, because I've been getting an irregular heartbeat, pains down my left shoulder, in my chest, and intense headaches to the point that i throw up, even when i'm not anxious about anything. I am due to get on a plane tomorrow to see my boyfriend, i dont want to let him down, but because this started something before i'm not sure i should fly. what do you think?? should i fly??

I can't even imagine anyone not loving to fly. I know years ago I used to "fear" it. However, I'd rather get on a plane, then drive even for an hour. I know that flying is sooooooooo much safer then driving, and even if you hit some turbulance, just go with it.Make sure you bring like a CD player, with soothing music, grab a pillow, and, blanket, keep your feet on the floor, and just know it's so very safe. Close your eyes, and just love it. !!~~~

Take some medicine. They do have drugs for panic attacks you know. I would still fly, just bring blindfolds (those things you wear on your eyes while you sleep- can be bought at Bath and Body works) and some headphones or something to listen to and you should be fine. Don't think of it as flying. You're just sitting in a chair. That's it. Good luck :-)

Don't fly if you don't feel 100% comfortable with it. You can't change your mind if you have a panic attack mid air. More importantly, you could go develop severe problems and put your baby at risk. The symptoms you're discribing sound serious. I would see your doctor ASAP and Don't put any more stress on yourself than you have to. I was super stressed during my pregnancy and had post partum depression. I'm convinced that the extra stress caused it. The most important thing is your health right now!

If you aren't pregnant, see your doc. My mom used to take Valium before flying but she also someone fly with her. Maybe your doc can prescribe something to help calm your nerves.
Note: My mom had gotten on a plane that had just taken off when she started having a panic attack they had to turn the plane around so she could get off. That's when she had the doc give her something to calm her.

Go to your doctor or emergency room RIGHT AWAY.
What you are describing could be panic attacks or it could be heart arrythmia or some kind of cardiac problem. You need to get this checked out and deal with it, whether its heart-related or panic-attack related. Probably not the best time to be traveling, especially if flying freaks you out.

your puppies will have to be fed simply as soon as an afternoon. Whatever they do not consume will have to be eliminated. Are there plenty of puppy feces round. If there are then blank them up. If it's on pavement or stone, wash it down with a hose to do away with residual fecal topic. Do now not go away any meals for the flies round and they are going to depart.

Well for one thing you should have your question in the right place and second of all you should be going to see a qualified doctor, not asking these idiots on yahoo. If you cant make it I'm sure your bf will understand

Only if you feel you can totally handle it. You don't want to totally freak on the plane, try to keep yourself calm if you do decide to do it. find something to occupy your mind.
Good luck!
