I think you are referring to a CONVECTION microwave oven.

A microwave oven is a regular microwave oven. A convectional microwave has a fan to help circulate the hot air.

There is no difference. I think you are confused. It is a conventional oven and a microwave oven.

convection has a circulating fan in it the other does not
