You will definitely want to take as many science and math classes as possible. These will not only help you with building a base knowledge, but also with your future science classes. You should also look into and career oriented programs that your high school or local community college might offer. Volunteering at hospitals early in high school is great experience and will also look great on a resume. You will also get a taste of what its like to be a nurse and you will also develop some professional contacts that can provide letters of reccomendation later on. Hope this helps!

I don't know about your school system, but in mine, there were guidlines that were in place that you had to take a certain number of credits to graduate. In other words, you didn't get to pick that many electives. It really won't matter what you took in high school. WHen you get to college, your advisor can tell you what courses to take to become a nurse. High school does not matter. But, if you want to, taking all the math and science classes wouldn't hurt, but won't really help either as far as becoming a nurse goes.

You do know that in order to be a nurse, you must also have a BS (4-year) degree from college, then go to nursing school?
What I would do is focus in on my sciences--biology, chemistry, etc. That way you can have a good background in a science/medical major in college which in turn will give you background when you apply to nursing school.
Good luck!

Math and Biology. AP if you're good enough. Many community colleges also allow HS students to take college courses. Look into the nursing program and check out the requirements. You'll be on your way before you even graduate HS.
