No as long as all are consenting adults, however, child pornography is illegal everywhere, this even includes computer generated likenesses of a child even though the child likeness does not exist as a real person.

first people should not be viewing p0pornography. It is illegal if your not 18 or sometimes 21 years old to be seeing it. But still its not worth viewing at ANY age, because of consequences.

No, generally speaking it is not. It is regulated just as tobacco and alcohol. However, in the vast majority of states it is not illegal. (Utah is the only exception that I know of, and even in Utah you can still LEGALLY access pornography.)

Are you serious? You can find pornography everywhere. If it was illegal that possibly wouldn't be the case. Prostitution is illegal (in most states) but not pornography.
