Yes. In most states that is considered driving under the influence, or DUI. If you also have any drugs on you that is considered possession. Depending on the amount of drugs (if any) it could be posession with intent to distribute. If you are driving recklessly while under the influence that is considered reckless endangerment.

When the wording was changed from DWI (Driving while intoxicated) to DUI (Driving under the influence) it opened up a long line of substance abuse and driving. If your recreational drug of choice is not listed, it does not mean you can be held for something else. Failure to control vehicle or driving in an unsafe manner opens up other avenues of offense.

Yes it is. In most states now, the police can legally test you for drugs other than alcohol if they believe you are under the influence of something. Do what I do, leave your stash at home or wait till your sober to drive.

Operating under the influence is not only illegal, but dangerous....
Continue to do so and look forward to..Policemen ripping your car apart...Jail(Other people's filth, grumpy guards who pretend to care, Cold steel toilet seats....Diseases...Other peoples filth..and last but not least..Less than gourmet cuisine) And quite possibly the guilt of someone elses death or injury on yourconscience due to the fact that your reaction time was impaired. God Bless

DUI, driving under the influence. It could be of any mind altering substance, not necessarily alcohol, but even prescription drugs. So therefore I would have to say... YES.

No, I used to do it all the time when I lived in Denver. Sometimes I went over 10,000 feet. Now I live in California at sea level so I can't get very high.
