OK, so England have lost the first 3 tests against the Aussies. Perhaps this will spur England on...... Maybe they want to go out on a high....

What do you think? 5-0, 4-1, 3-2, 3-1, 3-0

Who will be the stars for England and Australia in the next two tests?

Humourous answers are always welcome.

In a word NO

I think it will finish 4-0 or 5-0

Englands' team selections have been terrible
Jones should be dropped
KP should be batting at 4 with Collingwood at 5
Monty should have been in the side from DAY1

Saying that however the Australians are just in a class of their own.
The batting lineup is firing on all cylinders.Ponting, Hussey & Clarke are averaging over 100
Stuart Clark has 18 wickets at 16 runs per
Warne, well what can you say he's Warne

I dont think the Aussies will ease up. They currently have England on the ground with their knee across the throat
It will stay there till the end of the series. They want to destroy the Poms and they will.

probably 4-1 if england play well but at the moment it looks like a 5-0 whitewash for australia. England- Kevin P will star. Australia probable Shane Warne. I think england are definately at an all time low after losing the Ashes

Bizarre as thiss will sound, I think England have a chance. Ok, they don't look much like it at the moment, but they do have a history of performing much much better once they've lost a series.

I originally predicted 3-1 to Australia on this basis, but I think now I might change that to 4-1, but I think (and hope) England will put up a fight now the pressure's off and then pull off a miraculous victory in the last Test.

Sounds far fetched perhaps but they've done it before....

Look, I will definitely agree with 5-0.

I'm sure Australia would love to see the Pommies get punished further with a 5-0 series whitewash, for breaking Australia's 16- year Ashes reign.

As for the stars:
Batting: Australia -- Ricky Ponting, Michael Hussey, Michael Clarke
England: Kevin Pietersen, Paul Collingwood

Bowling: Australia -- Brett Lee, Shane Warne (for his 700th wkt), Stuart Clarke
England -- Monty Panesar

Yes the Aussies will probably win 5-0 which makes me sick in the stomach. We have virtually gifted them the ashes back without much of a fight but hey you have to give the Aussies credit, they havent allowed us to play being far more superior in all departments. Why on Earth did we give Freddie the Captaincy???? It reminds me of when botham was Captain in 81 and his form deserted him because of the pressure.Freddie has bowled okay but he could do better and his batting has been woeful and todays winning toss to bat first on a seaming pitch was a terrible decesion.Freedie should stand down get his form back and let strauss take over for the last test and maybe we can salvage a draw or maybe a win to save grace.

England are a bunch of gutless fairies. Their supporters will tell you they would of won if Panessar played - sure, if he took 10 wickets and made a double century in each test. Even when they were playing well in patches their mindset was more about going for draws rather than winning games. Look at the difference in the strike rates between the two teams. 2005 was a fluke and now they are going down 5-0.

are you kidding? England will loose all the matches. Aussie gonna crash England 5 -0. Team England has lost team spirit. They must play as a team and re unite again.

I think monty and Cook can shine in next two matches.

Yes, if they bring Read in. They have competed with Australia and at times outplayed them. The 2 teams are more evenly matched than the score line suggests.

Stars for England, Strauss, Cook, Bell, Collingwood, Pieterson, Flintoff, Read, Mahmood, Hoggard, Harmison and Panesar.

Stars for Australia, Warne.
