The test instructions are: A maximum of 2 people is allowed on the raft. The mom can't be with the boys without the dad. The dad can't be left with the girls without the mom. The thief can't be with anyone without the policeman. Only the mom, dad, and policeman operating the raft. The big blue circle starts game.

HINT: The thief can be left on one side of the river by himself.

WARNING: THE SOLUTION (after you have tried your best of course)

The people should cross the river in this order:
1) policeman & thief 2) policeman 3) policeman & girl 14) policeman & thief 5) mom & girl2 6) mom 7) mom & dad 8) dad 9) policeman and thief 10) mom 11) mom & dad 12) dad 13) dad & boy1 14) policeman and thief 15) policeman & boy2 16) policeman 17) policeman & thief

You can't study for an IQ test, if you can't do it. Then it's evident that you do NOT have a high IQ.

you are supposed to click on one of the characters to go on the raft to get to the other side.
Click on the red lolipop looking button to cross.
You must pay attention to the characters cuz most of them dont behave well with one another.
