My God...I would kill for Lefse right now. We can't get them here in Chicagoland that I know of. I have to have one on both legs of my trip to MN every year at the Norske Nook in Wisconsin.

You have me jonesing here now!!! Darn it!

Must have for Christmas at my mom's house....bad potatoes. She always tries some new, funky Food Network recipe, and they always taste like poop. We tease her about it every year. What is wrong with good old mashed potatoes anyway?

A friend of mine usually makes a breakfast casserole, I would love to have it again, drat :(, but I am gonna have some delicious fat-free blueberry muffins yum yum=).
