If this project was due in tomorrow you should have been working on it.

First off, procrastination is bad for your health :)

Second, it would be a good idea to look at it from the viewpoint of a theory (which it is, just a theory that got blown into this big thing)

It would be a good idea to write your report, point by point, and after each point you can put in your take on it and why. Not only will this let your teacher know that you are an open minded person who's feet is solidly on the ground (good for brownie points. YAY brownie points) and make grounds for open conversation on the subject (that totally depends on the open-mindedness of the TEACHER), but it will also help pad that 5 page paper so you don't have to do as much reashearch.

But remember: you need to have at least half of what you write be on the subject, or you might lose points for getting off track (i sure did when i wrote stuff like that)

GOOD LUCK !!!! AND LET ME KNOW HOW IT GOES

You should write only about the theory being taught...whether you believe or not shouldn't matter, just write it hypothetically as if you do and get it over with. Don't put too much thought into it or let people tell you what you believe or don't believe. It is all up to you. They will try to teach you what they feel is the truth but the truth of the matter is nobody really knows if evolution really happened. Good luck!

Well, I think you need to re-evaluate what you're saying. Why don't you believe that Evolution happened? Humans share more than 95% of their DNA with Chimpanzees! I think the evidence is there.

Consider going to some sites where they speak of Evolution, and where they speak of "intelligent design" - which, to me, is a crock!

Good luck!

Next time, don't procrastinate till the day before it's due. But here are some good sites if you want to write about views against evolution. Don't forget to use citations and references! Good luck.

Pick number one: Problem: Pennies get dirty and you want to clean them to make them shiney. Research: Through extensive online studies you found out that lemon juice is acidic. Hypothesis: Lemon juice will make pennies more shiny faster than grape juice or orange juice. Controls: Penny in water Variables: Penny shininess over time as recorded every 5 minutes for two hours. Experiment: Put a penny in a glass of lemon juice, orange juice, grape juice and a glass of water. Record any noted changes in penny shininess for two hours.

well, technically if you dont believe it, you shouldnt have to write the paper, which just goes to show how the educational system doesnt give a crap to what its students believe. search for Charles Darwin and Theory of Evolution... that's all i know
