Have you tried long distance running? A long run every other day will give you the lean look you desire; providing you don't stuff yourself when you get home. You need to be running at least seven to eight miles each time at eight or nine mile an hour pace. Work your way up to it, starting in the New Year when all the Christmas treats are out of the way.

Well you seem to be living reasonably healthy, maybe this is your normal weight now?? It sometimes happens to some woman after giving birth....
I'm way overweight and have been doing the following for the past couple of months, which seems to work for me:

2x a week I do 30 Mins yoga, followed by 30Mins aerobics lessons. And 3x a week, I swim laps for an hour, and 1x a week I exercise on the cross trainer for 45 Mins.
And as for my diet:
For breakfast: 1 piece of toast & a glas of non-fat soya milk.
In between: a piece of fruit;
Lunch: 1 Sandwich (i.e. two slices od bread) with for instance low-fat cheese and cucumber. Or a salad. Or a small bowl of homemade vegetable soup with half a piece of toast with a glas of juice
In between: another piece of fruit (this time a different one though).
Dinner: Soup with a piece of toast and a small salad, or small portion of pasta (for instance bolognaise). Or a stir-fry (with veg and chicken) with rice.

I have cut out all soda's, snackfood, junk food and sweets.

Also, you say you exercise daily, but what do you do, and for how long? Do you always do the same thing, for the exact same amount of time with the same intensity?
The best thing is to shake things up every couple of weeks, for instance if your thing is jogging, change your route every now and again, or maybe take a more difficult route every other day.

Also, when you exercise, do you use a heart rate monitor? This is a pretty handy tool.
You might be training at the wrong intensity, for instance did you know that to loose weight you should work out at 60-80% of your max. heart rate? (Max. heart rate = 220-age). And that it is most effective to work out in the 60-80% zone for 45 mins 3-6 days a week?

Good luck!!!

you are doing quite well. but there are things on the market (safe things!!) you can take that will help you loose those pounds you want.
I am an advisor for holland and barrett. these are the things we suggest on a daily basis.

first try phase 2 - if you eat a lot of carbs ie pasta potatos etc this will get rid of any carbs your storing and turning into fat. It does make you poo more but it does work. - £9.99

Secondly if can try KLB6. This is a mixture of the main diet aids mixed together, Kelp, Soya, B6 and cider vineger.
the Kelp is a fat burner - its also good for you hair skin and nails.
the soya is a fat emulsifier. This means that it helps lowers collestrol by removing the bad fats from your system.
the b6 is a natual fat fighter and the cider viegar stops you feeling hungery and helps the matabalism. This is on offer at 4.99 at the mo.
there is also other ones you can try - pop in to your local health shop and ask any member of staff. they will show you the whole range.

I hope this helps you to start loosing those last few pounds.

Mustard is a secret bulge-buster. It boosts your metabolism and increases natural ephadrine, the hormone that burns fat. According to Jeya Holly, professor of human nutrition from Oxford Brookes University, just a tablespoon as part of your food can reduce a flabby waist by 20 %!

Fatty coconut milk: Believe the item or not, it contains good fats that are important for keeping your metabolism ticking. One meal, like some sort of delicious Thai green curry, will be able to increase your metabolism by 5 percent, says research published in the International Journal of Obesity.

Go bland. Plain, easy, unseasoned food such as grilled chicken, plain rice and a bare-skinned baked potato are nutritious but your palette will tire of them quickly, unlike salty moreish prepared food, which keeps you snacking and piling within the pounds.
