As a fan, or as a player?
You can't/won't get away with much as a player. You could wave the white flag (ie white towel on your stick ala Roger Neilson and recently Peter Shaefer) ... or you could skate up to him fast and knock him down (like Cujo).
As a fan... there's always the chanting of "bullshit", the usual booing ... "I'm blind, I'm def, I wanna be a ref"
orrr, if you do the music, you could play "three blind mice":... although in the NHL that would give the home team a 2 min penalty.

As a former hockey referee, I can tell you it all depends on the ref. If he realizes he made a bad call he will either be open to discussion or he'll put up walls to make sure his authority is maintained. Either way, 99.9% of refs are taught not to waver on the decision, and that every decision is final unless the other refs are able to convince him otherwise. As long as your polite and suggest that there may have been a missed call, he may be willing to tell you what he saw and explain his decision.

I usually say, "I don't know about that." Or I just mutter things under my breath because 9 times out of 10, the ref is a royal dick and give you an addiotional misconduct penalty.

Nothing - go immediately to the box, you could get a 10 min misconduct. If you still want to talk after the incident - try to get a dialogue after the game.

At BU, the fans have a chant for a particular ref, Benedetto:
"I suck, I blow
I'm Benedetto
I'm blind, I'm deaf
I wanna be a ref"

stuff i've heard said before
a) "I think your helmet is supposed to be on the other way around"
b) "hey, i know they're in style, but please, take off the aviator shades"
c) "oh, did you call a penalty? oh, i just thought you had mistaken your whistle for your wee-wee again"
d) (put on your best animal planet voice here) "and the zebra is standing there, grazing in the grasslands and ....... OH MY GOD HE"S JUST BEEN EATEN BY A TIGER!"
they turn out to sound pretty funny when you actually say it
