They are just as racist. Recently when that stupid professor was talking about how all white people need to be exterminated from the planet a Black Panter party member went on Fox News and defended him. They are just as racist and ignorant as the KKK and as much a piece of human trash.

black panther's are black people whom hate white people. KKK is white people who hate black people, so I think we should get them together to go bowling.

I grew up around Black Panthers but never met a White Supremacist until I was an adult. Most white people I knew felt a bit of nervous admiration around them, but it wasn't like they felt they should be in fear for their lives. The main difference is that the Black Panthers, in the "old days", had a facade of being a bit of a community service organization. I don't think the KKK really has that reputation, or, at least, has not since "Birth of a Nation" was made. But you raise a great point: should social inequities permit hatred? Hard to get in that mindset, let alone forgive it, if it is alien to you.

The Black Panthers had more of a right to be racist and fight against the whites because of the time period. There had to be something done about the wrongs being done to them.

The KKK were not being wronged they were just taking advantage of people because they were different than them.

Not saying that either are good but you really can't put them in the same category.

I believe it was orginally formed to, like someone on here said, to empower black people and inspire them to stand up to people like the KKK and other racist groups. But I think, like everything, it got out of hand by the people who were in charge. It turned into a "Do as I say, not as I do" like Greenpeace is now. But I think it's all outdated now people need to just get over our differences and chill.

You must be thinking of the NEW Panther Party & it is recognized as a racist organization. It should be because it is an EXTREMELY racist group.

Honestly I didn't know they still excisted, but if that's what he said then you're right he/they're no better than KKK. Hate like that does nothing to the person/people that you hate it only destroys you and your health.

Hates Kills You!!!!!!!!!!1
