Toys R Us! Go there and check just in case otherwise you gotta wait till March when Sony will ship in more units.

Ok, well on the retail part of this, you may have luck but it can be VERY tedious and challenging, Wii just got there second shipment, ps3 is right around the corner. Call places including Wal Mart, GameStop, EB Games, Toys R Us, Best Buy, Circuit city, there are some other places, but you get the drift.
Another thing to know, if you happen to get a date at which there may be some, your going to have to wait in line for sure, another hard step to securing your next gen console.
And last, but not least is Craigslist.com, its kinda like eBay but with no bidding, its local too, you search your city or state if you want, and can see offers people are giving out, or even post a wanted add, chances are you should be able to find one, but you may half to pay anywhere from 200-500$ extra at most.

You can't get it unless you go to ebay and pay some crazy money. You have to wait until feb, or march next year.
