Why doesThe Sims 2 Pets freeze in the miidle of installing it on my computer?

The installation is stopping at 64%! I have tried to reinstall it twice, but it still freezes at the same point! could you help?

First there is too many programs in your computer deleted the unused ones. Or save on cd Then reinstall the game when you restart your computer.
