i am having pressure really bad i thought it was becasue i was sitting down but it continued when i stood up and i feel like i have to throw up...could i be in labor?

If there is any pressure located in your bum and vaginal area, you need to make a call to your doctor, immediately.
But more than likely it just sounds like it's pressure from the fetus moving around. :)
