I looked at both of them and didn't see any cuts or wounds.
You guys have any ideas what happened?

They fought, one of them is pregnant, one coughed blood or one of them got their foot stuck on the wheel if the wheel is metal.

Either one had some digestive issue (and threw up blood), one's pregnant or they have a REALLY well hidden wound!!
