remove the earring asap, and if u can't because the skin will rip, leave it in and put neosporin on it to protect the skin. if it becomes really bad, go to a doctor and they can see if they need to sew the skin up or prescribe medication. good luck!!!!

I have my belly button Peirced as well. I got mine professionally done, and there is enough skin for the ring to hold. It sounds to me that you did not get it done the proper way, or the person who did it, did not do it right. Take it out immediately and see a doctor. Do not put neosporin on it like it was suggested above. When I first got mine done, I cleaned it too much and it got infected. I also put neosporin on it. The doctor gave me some cream and it cleared up. She said never to use neosporin because it causes it to heal too quickly, and causes the infection. Wash it with sea salt. But, definitely take it out and go see your doctor immediately.

the same thing happened to me. I went to a peircer and he said to take it out, let it heal and you will have to wait a couple months to let it heal completely and then you can get it re peirced. Do not put neosporin on it that may irritate it. Just take out the bar and let it heal. The peircer I spoke with told me that the person I went to had done it too shallow and thats why the jewelry eventually works itself out of the skin because there wasnt a deep enough hole keeping it in. You know you will be able to get it re done once the skin is the color of your regular not irritated skin.

Like others have pronounced, it extremely is merely basic stupid to get your daughters abdomen button peirced at age 4. What sturdy will it do? Theres rather no aspect, merely putting a hollow by skill of your toddler's flesh for no reason. you may wait till she is older, at the same time as she would opt for it. Ugh... human beings lately!! yet in case you rather are INSISTING on jabbing a needle by skill of her abdomen button, i propose you communicate with a known practitioner first about the anti biotics. Haha, i imagine you may take a digital camera alongside, and snap a percentof the medical doctors AND peircers useful FACES once you tell them you opt for your 4 twelve months OLDS abdomen BUTTON PEIRCED. How unhappy, it is even coming from a young person. some human beings................ merely to allow you to recognize at present, till the peircer merely needs funds and doesnt care, he's maximum in all likelihood no longer going to peirce her abdomen button because she is amazingly short and isn't any longer almost carried out turning out to be into her grownup top, which as she grows, may reason the peircing hollow to stretch and develop into ruined. (understanding from adventure because i went to get it carried out at the same time as i develop into 12 and develop into rather short then). i extremely desire you meant she is 14, and forgot the a million....

what does 'clashing' into anything mean? did you have it pierced by a pro? or did you let your neighbor do it? if it isn't done correctly than i'd expect you to have problems. it is normal for the area of skin to shrink. the swelling is going down and tissue is returning to normal size. what the heck are you doing that might cause a navel piercing to get ripped out?!

Might be a good idea to remove it. Let it heal. Wait a while before you attempt another one. This is if your worried about it.
