just try and chill out if you can feel your self getting angry upset or anything like that walk away and clear ur head. I found going to the gym or a walk just chilled me out again. Or eat chocolate its got something in it what stimulates the brain and sents out happy signals. Hope it help just thought of another one a nice hot bath with lavender in it and some nice soft music

I find that this is the best time to make any complaints as you aint gonna care a flying **** what the other person says you want it sorted NOW! Also use it to tell those people who take advantage of you to sod off and leave you alone, who cares what they say back, the PMT will make you not care! Seriously though, Starflower oil is good, Boots sell it in capsules, also Bach flower remedies. Loads of rest and sleep.

yes, i suffer from pmt and am suffering as i speak! my husband is getting pretty annoyed too i think. I get very moody and emotional and irritable for a few days before and during my period and find it impossible to control. I feel very tired and suffer from period pains. I find sleeping and spending time on you own helps, so you dont pi$$ anyone else off, and also gives you no reason to shout too. thats what i find, i try and be on my own. Good luck...us poor women need it!!

Yeah I suffer the same thing and I know im being a cow too, so does my partner, in fact he tells me when im due on now! I just try to chill, tell myself that I know thats why I feel the way I do and its noone elses fault and try real hard not to take it out on anyone else. Its not always easy, but it works most of the time.

Me too, I'm like a totally different person. My friends keep telling me to take Agnus Castas which you can get in health shops, I am going to try it soon - maybe you could give that a try too. I've heard Evening Primrose Oil can interfere with the contraceptive pill so I'd be wary of taking that

I am assuming the PMT is really PMS. That is okay I have my share of typos too. On those days try to be by yourself and do things that make you happy. Get out a book you have been meaning to read and keep smiling regardless of how you feel. To be upset is one thing but to make others around us uncomfortable due to our attitudes on these days in unacceptable so make it a time out if you have to and get away from others.

Meaning PMS? Yes, but St John's Wort and for some, birth control pills help.
