If your definition of professional is somebody who makes their living from singing, than it is a guy I heard in a piano bar in Lake Tahoe. He totally mangled every Elton John song that he sang. It was very embarrassing.
However, if you mean professional/famous singer than I would have to go with Axl Rose; great front man but not a top notch vocalist.

Britney Spears sound like she's holding her nose when she sings.
Paris Hilton hired the best beat makers but her talent is not talent at all.
Blink 182. Their CDs same beat but its either faster tempo, slower tempo, horn here and there or just backwards. They are teh worst.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! sorry!
Puzz y cat dolls! they really suck along with the spice girls although the "wannabe" song was good.

Alanis Morrissette. I know there are a lot of people who love her, and that's what makes life interesting (It would be boring if we all liked the same thing), but I think she's the biggest no talent ever.
