My son is 3 months - 2 weeks old and has been fussy alot these days. When I touch his upper gums he screams. He is 24/7 putting his hands in his month and wakes up with red checks. Could he be teething this early??????

Yes baby's can get there teeth early. If your nursing him they may be whats called milk teeth. there not real teeth but he can be in pain. you can give him pain reliever but i would talk to his dr.

Generally babies get their lower front teeth first followed by their upper. My sons both started teething at that age. Get some teething gel from a chemist, he will make a face the first time you use it but it works.

Yup...Sounds like your child is teething...Try rubbing ice on your baby's gums.It will help out with any kinda swelling, and get your baby a good teething ring....That will help out too!...I have 4 kids I went thru this with, and I have one more on the way....So believe me when I say it is he!! when your child teething....Be ready for late night crying from this...LOL....^_^

Put a clean finger in his mouth, if you feel teeth when he bites . . . then he is teething .
