My boyfriend and I had sex and the condom broke. I know for sure that this happened close to if not exactly right between my periods. I was one week late and then had light cramping (mine is usually very severe), and then started what seemed to be a normal period. I'm not sure if I could still be pregnant. Can anyone help me out?

Thanks!

It's possible. Take a test to rule out pregnancy.

It is possible that you became pregnant when the accident occurred and still had a period. (Someone I went to high school with was 5 months pregnant before she figured it out - and she had had a normal period every month!) I suggest you get a home pregnancy test (wal-mart is the least expensive but not as sensitive as First Response) and take it using your first morning urine. Even a FAINT positive is still a positive. You can also called Planned Parenthood and they do pregnancy tests there as well - it's in the phone book.

Yea u can definitely be prego and have ur period still...I have heard plenty of stories about that happening. Actually my roommate had two or three periods before she found out she was three months prego!! So maybe you can wait another week or so and take a preg test or go see a doctor. Good luck, I hope this helped.

Some women do have regular periods throughout their pregnancies, though it's not exceptionally common. Take a home pregnancy test to be sure.

You can't know if you're pregnant, unless it's been over a month.
If you don't have your period in over a month, you know something's wrong. go to the pharmacy to take a test.
